Deb Poplar ~ Purchasing

Deb Poplar is a buyer at Three D and has been with the company for two months. Her responsibilities while at Three D include working closely with suppliers for cost estimating/quoting and purchasing of material.

In her short time with the company Deb has come to take pleasure in the great atmosphere at Three D. "One of my favorite things about Three D is the great people I get to work with!" says Deb.

Before coming to Three D Deb held the position of Senior Buyer at SPS Technologies, a fastener manufacture. Prior to SPS she was a department manager for The Ferry Cap & Set Screw Company, another fastener manufacturer. Overall Deb has more than 22 years experience in manufacturing.

Deb resides in North Royalton, Ohio where she grew up. She majored in Business/Purchasing Management at Tri-C’s Parma campus and has had vocational training in drafting.

When she’s not in the office, Deb spends most of her time with her three daughters camping, going out for dinner, or attending soccer and basketball games.

Her daughters’ names are Jessica, age 20, Caitlyn, age 17, and Samantha, age 12. Deb also enjoys relaxing with her family and three dogs, a mini schnauzer, Maltese, and beagle/welsh corgi mix, to watch a movie.

Matt Fasimpaur ~ Inside Sales

Three D Metals is proud to announce the addition of Matt "Tiger" Fasimpaur to our inside sales team. Matt is a June 2008 graduate of Ohio University’s College of Business with a degree in Finance while also completing a Professional Sales Certificate from the Ralph and Luci Schey Sales Centre.

During his time at OU Matt participated in many extra curricular activities such as the Corporate Leadership Fellows and Financial Management Association (FMA) where he contributed to the tradition of success at Ohio University.

When he isn’t working hard in the office Matt enjoys ‘hitting the links’ with friends and family to work on his golf game. Matt also takes pleasure in watching movies and relaxing on the water while he fishes.

Matt began work in late June and has already dived right into the thick of things. His favorite aspect of Three D is the amount of "support and feedback he gets from all levels of to company." He is learning quickly and will surely be a great asset to the company.
