The Three D quality control program maintains complete traceability and inspection records, along with data sheets for all processed materials.
Each skid is labeled with a bar-code to facilitate
traceability throughout its processing. Our automated systems also use the bar-code for distribution, and billing which helps speed the the product
to you.
Our slitters are equipped with state-of-the-art Computer Generated Shimless Set-ups. This integrated computer system provides a consistent product every time. Our company’s commitment to continuous
improvement is demonstrated by our processing and materials standards, which continually exceed both industry standards and those of our competitors.
