Energy Surcharge based on Natural Gas Pricing

(Effective December 1, 2005)

Three D Metals, Inc. has implemented an energy surcharge on our copper and brass products in accordance with the table below. The per pound surcharge will be calculated using the New York Mercantile Exchange Natural Gas Monthly Settlement Price. This price can be found at Select Energy. Three D Metals, Inc. has established $6.50/DTH as the base for no surcharge.

Three D Metals, Inc. uses the prior month settlement price to determine the current monthly surcharge.
